Annual Report & Financial Statements 2022-23

The Annual Report 2022-23 which is published on our website contains the draft primary financial statements on pages 74 to 77, which are unaudited.  Because the financial statements had not been audited by the Auditor General for Wales, nor had they been approved and signed by the Accounting Officer at the time of the publishing of the Annual Report it was necessary to omit certain disclosures in the staff report and also the notes to the financial statements.  The audited 2022-23 Annual Report and Financial Statements was laid before Senedd Cymru on 28 September 2023 following receipt of the Auditor General for Wales’ Certificate and Report, and a copy is available here.
