Over the past years, we have published yearly reports stating her findings and opinion on the way in which organisations perform in accordance with their language duties from year to year. The Commissioner also reports on her findings about people's experiences as they try to use public services in Welsh.
The reports were based on evidence that had been collected during the year which included:
- monitoring work: user experience surveys, checking annual reports and records, and thematic studies.
- engaging with users: holding various events all over Wales to hear about people's experiences.
- contact with organisations: holding meetings and workshops.
Organisations can use the reports below to improve how they work. We encourage organisations to consider the findings of the reports and compare their performance against the trends identified in the report.
